The processing flow
- 1. An authorized user pastes a transcript or uploads a supported transcript file.
- 2. The file is parsed into text; the uploaded file itself is not retained as a separate document.
- 3. AI analysis proposes decisions, actions, open topics, risks and reasoning.
- 4. A person reviews the proposed items before confirmation.
- 5. Approved memory and retained transcript evidence remain accessible according to permissions and retention rules.
What is stored
WhyBecause stores the structured meeting memory required by the product. When transcript retention applies, transcript text is encrypted by the application before database storage. The original uploaded file is not stored separately.
Customer control
- Workspace membership limits who can access the meeting.
- Retention depends on the applicable plan and policy.
- Raw transcript evidence can expire while reviewed meeting memory remains useful.
- Deletion and export actions are available through controlled product and support paths.
